- A minimum of 1 hour will be charged for any task, regardless of the actual time spent.
- Payment is due before the start of any work.
- Any additional work outside of the scope of the original task will be billed separately.

- We will not share any private information about the client or their website without their explicit consent.
- We will always prioritize security and take necessary measures to ensure the website remains secure during and after the fix.
- The client will be informed of any additional costs or changes to the original scope of work before proceeding.
- We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee specific resolution times.
- We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the issue or the fix.
Upon agreement to these terms, the client will provide us with all necessary login information for the website, including access to the WordPress admin panel, cPanel, or web hosting provider.
